SolarShop integrates Axdis Ibérica Group
Solarshop and Axdis Group strengthen their commitment to Portugal's energy future.
Ansião, April 23, 2025 - SolarShop is pleased to announce that it has joined the Axdis Ibérica Group, led in Spain by Splitmania. This milestone marks the beginning of a new phase for our company, reinforcing our commitment to energy efficiency and renewable energies.
Axdis Ibérica is a division of the French Financière Axdis Group, a leading provider of solutions for installers in air conditioning, ventilation, photovoltaics, heating, etc. In Spain, the group works with several specialized brands, such as Splitmania, Sundepot, Sotec, and SM Solutions, and to respond to the emerging Portuguese market in this sector, Solarshop is part of this solid and innovative structure.

With this integration, SolarShop strengthens its capacity to respond in the domestic market, benefiting from synergies with other companies in the group and a broad portfolio of energy solutions.

Frederic da Fonseca,who has been with the Axdis Group since the beginning, is responsible for coordinating the group's development in Portugal, working alongside Pedro Lima, founder and manager of SolarShop.
Together, their mission is to consolidate the group's presence in the Portuguese market and align the Axdis Group's commercial strategy with the work carried out in the countries where it is present.
