MEGA EVENT FOX-ESS

The Solarshop has invested heavily in online training in recent years. Now that Covid-19 is no longer a topic in our lives, it has once again brought its customers closer together and put some "chips" into events and face-to-face training.

On June 27, the company held its biggest ever event, the Mega Event Fox-Ess. In conjunction with Fox-Ess, a leading global brand in the development of solar inverters and batteries. The company belongs to a Fortune 500 investment group, the world's largest companies in terms of revenue. Solarshop was attended by more than 80 customers from all over the country, from Braga to the Algarve and even the Azores. It's commendable for the company to be able to reach every corner of Portugal and even beyond.

The event consisted of two phases, the morning with a presentation of the brand and training on the products, and the afternoon with a leisure activity to relax and socialize with our customers.

The morning part of the Mega Event was held at the Octant Hotel in the center of Lousã, once the Palace of the Viscountess of Espinhal and now classified as a Historic Site of Public Interest. The event began with a few words from Solarshop's directors, Pedro Lima and André Pedro, followed by a presentation of the Fox-Ess brand by the director responsible for Portugal, Spain and France, Paul Summers. After a wonderful coffee break and before a wonderful lunch, Fox-Ess technical managers Juan Cánovas and Xavier Lepoittevin, together with Solarshop technician Jorge Ferreira, showed the audience the full range of inverters, solar batteries, electric vehicle chargers, their functionalities and, finally, their installation processes.

The afternoon of this mega-special day took a different turn with lots and lots of smoke... With the participation of dozens of customers, Solarshop organized the company's 1st Kart Race. More than 60 people took part in the race, which was run in separate heats until the end of the day. The three people with the fastest times, who won the final race, took home the latest electric vehicle chargers, prizes offered by Solarshop in partnership with Fox-Ess.

At the end of the day, Solarshop showed once again at an event of this size that it really is a photovoltaic distributor of national and, little by little, international standing. Through the hard work carried out day after day and the trust placed in it by customers, it is possible to continue to carry out these activities and be present at renowned events.
