We are looking for a professional with a background in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy who is talented, creative, and motivated to join a young, dynamic, and growing team.

About the job:
If you are passionate about the renewable energy sector, this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a professional who stands out for their technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, supporting our clients and ensuring excellence in after-sales service.

Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized technical support to clients, addressing questions and resolving issues related to our products and solutions.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the sales department by providing technical consulting during the sales process and helping select the best solutions for clients.
• Conduct technical training for clients, partners, and colleagues on the use and maintenance of our products.
• Manage the after-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of any issues.

Desired Profile:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy (preferred).
• Experience in renewable energy or electrical engineering is valued (preferred but not mandatory).
• Recent graduates with strong motivation are also welcome, with the possibility of undertaking a professional internship and later integration into the company.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer satisfaction orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow in a constantly evolving sector.
• Driver’s license and availability for occasional travel.

Sales Representative

Solarshop, the leader in photovoltaic material distribution in Portugal, is expanding its Sales team. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic and growing team.

About the job:
As a Sales Representative at Solarshop, you will have the opportunity to work in a booming sector focused on sustainability and renewable energy, and to be part of a growing company with many career development opportunities. We are looking for someone with a strong results orientation and the ability to build trusting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities (B2B).
• Manage and oversee the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
• Provide expert consulting to customers on products and solutions, highlighting competitive advantages.
• Monitor the market and competition, identifying trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal team, especially with the Marketing and Operations departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on promises.
• Participate in industry fairs and events, representing Solarshop and promoting our solutions.

Desired Profile:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or technology sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for sales and a strong results orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
• Technical knowledge of photovoltaic solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Driver’s license and availability to travel.
